A new wellness event is coming to Burlington this spring, offering a calming way to reset both mind and body. The Sunday Reset: Mind, Body & Glow will take place on March 29, 2026, bringing together meditation, movement, and mindful connection in a serene setting.
Hosted at the Art Gallery of Burlington, the experience is designed to help participants unwind, recharge, and start their Sunday with intention.
Meditation, Sound Bath and Pilates in a Unique Setting
The morning begins with a guided meditation and sound bath, designed to calm the nervous system and create a sense of deep relaxation. Participants will then move into a Pilates session to gently awaken the body and build energy through mindful movement.
The event wraps up with a greenhouse sparkling social, giving guests a chance to connect in a relaxed atmosphere while enjoying a complimentary glass of non-alcoholic bubbles.
