King's Riding Golf Club
With the elegance inferred by its regal name and the natural beauty of neighbouring horse farms, King's Riding brings Scottish-flavoured golf to the urban northern boundary of Toronto.
Inspired by the King's Course in Scotland, architect Thomas McBroom harmonizes links-style elements such as open entries to greens, fescue-framed fairways and massive putting surfaces with gently rolling terrain, hardwood forests and high points that provide spectacular views and exciting elevated tee shots.
Site of the 2000 Canadian PGA Championship, King's Riding Golf Club is a strategically sophisticated course measuring 6,502 yards with a par of 71 that will challenge elite players with risks and rewards from the tips. But average and less skilled players find the course fair and fun, as well as a lovely walk through peaceful scenery.
The stylish brick clubhouse features a bistro and patio behind the 18th green and includes generous meeting and banquet faculties. Practice facilities include a two-tiered driving range, putting and chipping green.
Come to King's Riding - conveniently located close to Highway 400 - and you'll find a little bit of Scotland, a majestic golf course and a whole lot of fun.
