What do you think of when you hear The Pearle? One thing comes to mind for me and it is The Pearle Hotel and Spa. The Pearle is more than just a place. It is an experience and a sanctuary, perfect for a dreamy Valentine’s weekend. On your very first visit, your experience will be unforgettable and you will want to come again.

Located in Burlington, The Pearle Hotel & Spa, is part of the Ancaster-based Pearle Hospitality, run by the Ciancone family. The name was inspired by the matriarch of the family, grandmother Pearle—which I think is adorable.

Refuel at their in-house restaurant

If you know me, Isabelle is one of my favourite restaurants in Burlington. Be prepared to be served with class and quality. Located within The Pearle, the stunning interiors blend beautifully with the rest of the hotel. You might forget that you are in Burlington and feel like you are dining in Monaco, overlooking the Mediterranean coastline. You’ve got to try their whipped feta—served with a mixture of salsa matcha, chickpea, and harissa honey.

Refresh at one of Canada’s top spas

According to Spas of America, The Pearle Spa was named the No. 1 spa in Canada for 2024. Every time I pass by the spa, the amazing fragrances waft their way through the hotel corridors and the sensation is amazing. They have some great body and facial treatments available. They have Hammam steam room and an amazing pool overlooking Lake Ontario.

Recharge at their delectable café

The Pearle Café has a vibrant city vibe. It’s a cute busy spot, filled with coffee meet-ups, people on their laptops getting work done, or simply somebody running by and grabbing a coffee and treat to go. I love how my brain starts swirling with ideas and adventures while sipping on my honey oat latte. The bright and cheery interiors of yellow, navy and salmon pink colours, definitely hit the creative and chill vibe.

Revitalize on the shores of Lake Ontario

Like they say location is everything. The Pearle Hotel nailed it. It sits perched on the edge of the shores of Lake Ontario, which is so picturesque. When you feel like stepping off the premises you can take a nice stroll down the lovely promenade by the lake, taking in the breathtaking views. One of my favourite things to do is sit by the rocks just outside the hotel, as I find it quite peaceful there.

The Pearle Hotel and Spa is a perfect destination to make memories and connections to last you a lifetime. I feel fortunate to have this place near me. Consider adding it to your plans this week!
