Ward 3 Councilor Rory Nisan and Burlington Helping Burlington are hosting a holiday part at the Carrigan Arms Pub on Sunday, Dec. 1 to raise money for local charities.

For a $10 donation, residents can enjoy live music from Blue Moon, a two-piece band that plays blues, pop, classical and jazz, and a buffet dinner from the Carrigan Arms.

All proceeds from the event will be donated to Burlington Helping Burlington and Dare To Be You(th), who will also be accepting sock donations for their ongoing Socks for Hope campaign.

The party will run from 6 to 9 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 1.
