Planning is underway for Burlington’s second dedicated indoor pickleball facility.

Burlington Pickleball, at 3185 Harvester Rd., still requires final approvals, including a minor variance to permit the expanded recreational use within an existing office building on the property.

City of Burlington staff support the minor variance application, which goes to the Dec. 11 Committee of Adjustment meeting.

Paul Lejkowski and his wife Patricia have been looking for a location to operate an indoor pickleball facility for at least two years. They have partnered with DOV Balco Limited, the owner of three office buildings on the Harvester Road site, to convert part of one building into a privately-operated, five-court pickleball facility.
